Consent to the processing of personal data and the use of photographs
(under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR)
By registering, I, a registered participant in the slow pipe smoking contest III. Pražské vykouření, give my consent to pipE-club Dýmka.net (the “Controller”) to process the personal data listed below in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR):
first name and surname
email address
telephone number
contest results
photographs and video recordings
The personal data above will be processed for the following purposes:
Registration of participants in the III. Pražské vykouření contest
Organising and scoring the contest
Publishing the results
Reporting on the event on the organiser’s website and social media
Documenting and promoting the event through photographs and video recordings
I give this consent for the following periods:
Participant and results records: 5 years
Photographs and video recordings: 10 years
I acknowledge that:
The Controller will process the personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Czech Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR
I have the right to request from the Controller access to my personal data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing
I have the right to data portability to another controller
I have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) if I believe that the processing of my personal data breaches data protection law
I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
