ADK Cup 2014 rules and current results
– A team of 2–3 contestants registered with one ADK member club is nominated
– One registered team member may be replaced in a contest by another member of the same club who is not registered in another nominated team (a substitute)
– In each contest, the first and last times of the team’s contestants are averaged. – The average is recorded as the team’s result for that contest
– The average times from the individual contests are added together and divided by the number of contests counted.
– If a team does not take part in a contest held under the auspices of the ADK, 10 minutes are deducted from its total time
